How to help you following your maternity period?
Fertility
Fertility massage is specifically designed to support and help balance hormones, increase blood circulation, and nourish tissues and organs. It also reduces stress, creating a supportive environment for conception.
Massage sessions includes a consultation where I listen to you, explain hormonal functions and cycles, and plan future sessions if needed. I also provide tips for daily routines.
For optimal results, this massage should be repeated twice during the first phase of your cycle: once just after your period ends and again on the 10th or 12th day. After ovulation, no more massages.
A single session is also possible; ideally, come around day 8 and plan for at least 90 minutes.
This massage is for all women desiring pregnancy, whether you’re undergoing fertility treatments or just considering stopping contraception.
*When you choose me to support your journey to motherhood, the first appointment is at the regular price, then I offer 20% discount for all subsequent appointments within the same cycle (consultations, massages, or both).

Pregnancy
Massage therapy is an essential part of prenatal care, offering relief from discomfort, reducing pain and swelling, and fostering relaxation to make your pregnancy journey more comfortable and enjoyable. From the 12th week through the end of your pregnancy, each session is tailored to meet your changing needs, addressing common pregnancy-related challenges while enhancing your overall well-being.
Each session is carefully designed to:
- Relieve muscle tension and discomfort: Eases back pain, sciatica, and other muscle aches often experienced during pregnancy.
- Improve circulation: Enhances blood flow to reduce swelling in your arms, hands, legs, ankles, and feet.
- Promote deep relaxation: Reduces stress and promotes a sense of calm and well-being for both you and your baby.
- Support emotional health: Provides a nurturing space to help you connect with your baby and prepare for motherhood.
- Maintain flexibility: Helps maintain muscle tone and flexibility, preparing your body for labor and delivery.
Whether you’re experiencing morning sickness, fatigue, or simply need a moment to unwind, prenatal massage offers the support you need.

Birth
Massage as a preparation for birth can shorten the birthing process by increasing oxytocin. Training the body and mind to relax, and helping you reach a state of calm between the conscious and unconscious, allowing you to go with the flow. You can enjoy prenatal massage from the 36th week of pregnancy.
The rhythm and techniques differ from regular pregnancy massage, and you can choose to add pre-labor acupressure. We can combine this with energetic massage to stimulate oxytocin production (necessary for the birthing process), reduce cortisol (stress hormone), strengthen the bond between mother and baby, and more.
We’ll also discuss the importance of breathing and practice exercises you can continue at home and during labor.
Massage can definitely help keep you mobile and active during pregnancy by reducing aches and pains.
Everything in this customised massage is designed to boost your confidence and trust in yourself and your body. Our bodies and cells have memory; the more we practice being in a semi-conscious state and letting go, the more easily we can achieve it. And guess what? This total relaxation state is exactly what we aim for birth! Confidence + breathing + movement + deep meditation = easier and less painful birth.

Postpartum
Postpartum massages support recovery, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being, helping new mothers adjust to life with their baby. After birth massage care is more active, aiming to warm, revitalise, and regenerate. It helps you reconnect with your body and re-balance after making from scratch and nurturing a life for nine months. It is also extremely encompassing and reassuring, providing the calm and gentle care that new mothers need. Postpartum massages often include:
- Circulatory massage to help move and eliminate excess fluids,
- Lymphatic drainage to support waste elimination and reduce swelling,
- Chi Nei Tsang and other belly massage techniques to tighten and rejuvenate the skin, soothe the nervous system, reduce bloating, and help organs return to their original place,
- Pelvic and hips tightening tips and demonstration to relieve ligament pain and its stretch-related discomfort.
